This page helps schools, registered for the "Healthy lifestyle" project of E.S.C.O.T. - EUROPE, to understand how to use the School Wellness’ logo.
What’s the meaning of the logo?
High schools, seeking to implement youth policies designed to build a mentality (forma mentis) in their students to maintain and improve their health, offer a very useful social service. In fact, by teaching healthy choices, that aim to prevent the adoption of bad habits, severely harmful to health, such as sedentary life, wrong food, smoking, alcohol, drugs, etc., students can keep their health over time and throughout their lives. That is why we believe this kind of school is a "Wellness School". Thus the School Wellness' logo, issued by E.S.C.O.T. EUROPE, is an important tool for those schools, that want to communicate to their users, that their school cares about the psycho-physical well-being of their students.
The school can use the School Wellness’ logo on all school presentation material, website and promotional events upon agreement by E.S.C.O.T. - EUROPE.
The logo of the SCHOOL WELLNESS may be used by schools only if it is not used in connection with objectives or activities which are incompatible with the aims and principles of the "Healthy lifestyle" project. Please, note that inappropriate use of logos can lead to legal consequences.
The school, that decides to use the logo, can download it from this page.
Next the school has to send, to the following address logo@escot-europe.eu, all the illustrative material and the initiatives already planned, where the School Wellness' logo appears.
E.S.C.O.T. - EUROPE will examine each case individually to ascertain whether it satisfies the criteria set out below:
